Teen Meditation with Bhante Chandrawansa

A welcoming space for teens to learn meditation and mindfulness with Bhante Chandrawansa. Through guided practice, teens build calm, focus, and emotional balance—simple tools for navigating school, stress, and everyday life. All experience levels welcome; no prior practice needed.
