Join Mary Rose Castaldi for a guided sound bath designed to quiet the mind and open the body to deep rest. Resonant tones from singing bowls and chimes create a contemplative space for meditation and gentle relaxation. Newcomers are welcome — bring a yoga mat or cushion if you have one; chairs are also available.
